This is worse than some better songs.
thiss remindss me off red alert 2
In fact... this reminds me of by the way hmm
Hehe, thanks for the review ^-^
Grrr!
Damn I wish I had some kind of contraption that would allow me to listen to this while walking outside, because it's really cold and sad in there right now and it fits the mood of this song perfectly.
I'd walk into the woods and visit places.
BUT MOLD DOESN'T GROW IN COLD!
DAMNIT!
This thing has trapped me to listen to it over and over again. I like how catchy and happy it is while still having that adventurous bit in it. Stuff like these make me almost want to return to some doomed pixel projects of mine.
:) Thanks for the review, you.
I would love to see some pixel projects from you. I love pixel art. DIG 'EM UP AND PUT THAT SHIT TO WORK MAN.
What ever money you're getting from this.
You're not getting enough money from this.
Zero dollars. I do it for love. Your love.
Whoa!
This one rocks so much. It feels like some kind of adventure is about to begin while listening to this song. At the same time it's very smooth and funny and weird. Makes me want to listen to it again and again adn agian.
Kinda reminds me of something, but I can't just put my finger on it.
Very extraordinary job!
Thanks man. I understand every bit you're talking about. When I finished it, I put it on my iPod, set to repeat track, and listened to it throughout the day :D
Looking back on the song, I kind of feel like it's Gary Numan meets NIN;
I started out wanting a full-on classic New Wave track (which I believe is evident in the beginning), and then by fluke (program froze up), I discovered the chorus. I reopened it and programmed the notes so that it would sound like a more natural repetition and added some instrument changes and melody variation for an overall more dramatic feeling.
The overwhelming part of the song (pretty much from 1:36 to the end) reminds me of NIN's 'Beside You in Time,' and that could be what you're thinking of.
Those are just a few of my influences, but I really liked how they came together. I wasn't thinking about NIN as I wrote the track (I don't usually); I was thinking about Gary Numan, but I liked the way NIN's influence made itself heard.
AFTER READING ALL THAT, THOUGH -- I still feel great about this song because I can hear my own unique sound, too. I'm in love with it :D
Thanks again for the review.
This tune is
This is a beautiful one. I really enjoyed listening to this. Atmospheric sounds and indrustial drumm and bass. Excellent.
I read the books.
